Coppard Giles are experienced and knowledgeable Party Wall surveyors. We regularly act for Building Owners commissioning works and for Adjoining Owners who have received Notices under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 sets out rights and obligations in relation to works to party walls, including shared walls dividing properties, garden walls, party structures, and in relation to certain excavations within specific distances of neighbouring structures.
